Private Nutrition Coaching
The Fueled Athlete Nutrition Program supports parents in optimizing their child athlete’s nutrition to enhance performance, improve recovery, boost immunity, and unlock their full athletic potential. Together, we will build a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your athlete's schedule, athletic demands, and food preferences—perfect for even the pickiest eaters.

This program provides valuable education for both parent and athlete—teaching what to eat, when to eat, and why it matters for training and everyday life.
What makes nutrition a key part of athletic success?
How your child shows up to practice and executes their training is directly linked to their success. Nutrition plays a crucial role in how they feel when they show up—because fueling properly impacts their immune system, energy, focus, strength, and endurance during every practice, competition, or game. When athletes feel good, their training becomes more effective. Smart fueling sets you apart.

Progress Check-In
During your Progress Check-In Session, we will evaluate how the athlete is responding to the nutrition plan, identify what’s working well, address any challenges or concerns, and make adjustments as needed to better support implementation.
